Starting Thursday, October 30th, Little Legends Football is offering weekly 45-minute training sessions focused on helping kids run faster, change direction quicker, and play smarter—whether they’re suiting up for flag football or gearing up for another sport.

🗓️ Program Details

  • When: Every Thursday from October 30th through mid-December

  • Time: 5:30 PM – 6:15 PM

  • Where: Lakeway, TX. (Rough Hollow)

  • Cost: $15 per session

  • Group Size: Limited to 8 athletes per session to ensure individual attention

  • Ages: 6–9

Spots are limited and fill up fast—register early to secure your child’s place.

These sessions focus on the core movement skills that benefit any young athlete—on any field or court. Here’s what we work on each week:


Speed Development

Athletes work on quick starts, explosive first steps, and acceleration drills that help them separate from defenders or close gaps on defense.

Agility & Footwork

Drills that focus on sharper cuts, balance, and body control—key for flag pulling, route running, and creating space on the field.

Reaction & Change of Direction

We build game-like reactions with movement patterns that teach players how to start, stop, and change direction efficiently—helping them make quicker decisions on the fly.

Flag Football-Specific Movement

This isn’t generic conditioning—our program is built with flag football athletes in mind. From route breaks to pursuit angles, we tailor the drills to match real in-game situations.

Confidence Through Repetition

Every rep builds muscle memory. With weekly consistency, athletes grow more confident in their movement, which directly impacts their performance and mindset.
